Lecteur, quelles conclusions tires-tu des trois observations suivantes ?:

  1. En France 35 millions de montres neuves sont distribuées chaque année ;

L’auteur en retient qu’il est l’heure de garder les pieds sur terre pour y voir clair : on le sait désormais,  nous consommons trop et surexploitons nos ressources finies. Ce que nous admettons moins fait le sel (régénérant) de cet ouvrage : les nouvelles technologies ne sauveront pas la croissance. La course à une énième révolution industrielle ne devrait pas nous faire renoncer à une double (intime et collective) révolution mentale.
